1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 111abc ("111abc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 111abc website located at https://111abc.org, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonus programs, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on 111abc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age requirement. You must be aged 21 years or older. 111abc is strictly an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any promotions.
• Single account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 111abc. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses.
• Personal use only. You must be opening and using an account in your own name and for your own personal use. Accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not a problem gambler. You must not be subject to any voluntary or court-ordered self-exclusion program at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which you wish to use the platform.

111abc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of verification. Any winnings generated during a period when a player has not yet completed verification may be held until verification is successfully completed.

4. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of 111abc services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 111abc support immediately at [email protected].

111abc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to platform integrity. Where an account is closed due to a breach attributable to the player, any bonus balance and pending bonus-linked winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances unconnected to active bonus wagering will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to verification.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

111abc currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 111abc does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly from players.

• Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via all supported MFS providers.
• Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times. MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are credited to your 111abc wallet within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Platform fees. 111abc does not charge platform-side fees on MFS transfers. Your MFS provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside 111abc's control.
• Refusal of transactions. 111abc reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Account name match. The name on your 111abc account must match the name registered with your payment method. Mismatched account names will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a KYC review.

All funds held in your 111abc wallet are maintained separately from 111abc's operating funds. Your deposited balance is not used for any purpose other than facilitating your gameplay and processing legitimate withdrawal requests.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

111abc offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns timed around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including applicable wagering requirements.

• Wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free-spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus. Certain bonuses may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time. Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time, unless 111abc explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse and fraud. 111abc operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings voided, and account reviewed for suspension.
• Modification of promotions. 111abc reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Rules of Play & Sports Betting

All casino games available on 111abc — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its originating studio and uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. 111abc does not modify game outcomes.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• Settlement disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 111abc's trading team shall be final, subject only to the formal complaints process described in Section 10 below.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111abc platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial crime, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a completed payment transaction without first engaging the 111abc complaints process.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 111abc staff or other users via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111abc's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 111abc account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111abc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 111abc had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111abc does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. 111abc will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111abc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 111abc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the prior written consent of 111abc.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 111abc under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Governing Law & Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or — if modification is not possible — severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by 111abc to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of 111abc's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.
